Terms of Service

These terms apply when you visit this website, sign up for drop alerts, or buy from Fade Runner Worldwide. Fade Runner Worldwide is a brand of INVICTO IMPERIUM LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and drops

Our pieces are released in limited drops. A drop is open for a set window, usually 72 hours, and can only be ordered while that window is open. Every piece is made to order: it's printed after the drop closes, then shipped to you.

An order is accepted once payment goes through and you receive a confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund any order, for example if a price or product was listed in error, if we suspect fraud, or if a piece can't be produced.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties, taxes or fees by the destination country, and those are paid by you.

3. Shipping

Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees. Production starts after the drop closes. Once your order is handed to the carrier, delays from carriers or customs are outside our control. Make sure the address you enter at checkout is correct and complete.

4. Cancellations, returns and refunds

All sales are final. You can cancel while the drop window is still open. After it closes, we don't accept returns or exchanges. We replace misprinted, damaged or incorrect items reported within 14 days of delivery. The full details are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

5. Product details

We work to show every piece accurately, but colours can look different on different screens, 3D previews are representations, and print placement can vary slightly between pieces. Please check each product's description and size chart before ordering.

6. Drop alerts by text message

If you give us your phone number and tick the consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Fade Runner Worldwide about drops and restocks at that number.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email help@faderunnerfightshop.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Our designs

All designs, logos, artwork, 3D models and content on this site belong to INVICTO IMPERIUM LLC or are used with permission. Buying a piece doesn't give you any right to copy, reproduce or sell our designs.

8. Using the site

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or get unauthorised access to it, and no automated buying. We may refuse service or cancel orders that break these rules.

9. Disclaimers and limits

The site and our products are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer laws of your country of residence apply.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
