Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Fade Runner Worldwide (INVICTO IMPERIUM LLC, "we") collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Drop-alert signups: your email address, and your phone number if you choose to give it, along with a record of the consent you gave and when.
• Orders: your name, email, shipping address, what you bought and what you paid. Card details go straight to Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
• Emails you send us: whatever you include, so we can help you.
• Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider logs things such as IP addresses and browser type to keep the site running and secure. Your cart is saved in your own browser, not on our servers.

How we use it

• to process, make and ship your order, and to contact you about it
• to send drop alerts by email or text, only if you signed up for them
• to answer your questions and handle replacements
• to prevent fraud and keep the site secure
• to meet our legal and tax obligations

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the store, and only what they need:

• Stripe, to take payment
• our print and fulfilment partners, who need your name and address to make and ship your order
• shipping carriers, to deliver it
• Supabase and Vercel, which host our database and website
• the email and text-message services we use to send drop alerts

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Text messages

Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Program details are in our Terms of Service.

How long we keep it

Signup details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal reasons.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and from texts by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, including California, the EU and the UK, you may have the right to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email help@faderunnerfightshop.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Our servers are in the United States, so your information is processed there.

Security

We use access controls and trusted providers to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
